Hi just thought I'd make this ad. I currently have been living in my home for the last 15 years but due to a recently separation from my husband it is now better for myself and my son if we leave the property as the property will be being sold. Any way as I'm starting out on my own again I'm starting with nothing until all this legality is sorted out. I'm very tidy, I volunteer with in my community , I win competition for my garden. I am very house proud . I am a nice person and take care of my son who had a learning disability and other special needs. I am 32 years old I am responsible and mature. I have no idea how to go about private letting and I'm very nervous if I'll even find a property . The council offered us a apartment but it needed a lot of work. I couldn't work on the house and take care of my son who is nine. The house needed a lot of work. I'm available to move ASAP my documents are in order. I'm basically starting over with nothing hence why I have no deposit but could pay like a monthly payment. Which Iv heard can be done. Would love a long term tenancy after the probation period as I don't want to move around with my son. I can give references from my current neighbours . I'm sad to leave my beautiful home but needs be I'm afraid. Thanks in advance for any response or lead
