ARE YOU A REGISTERED GENERAL NURSE (RGN) OR REGISTERED MENTAL NURSE (RMN)?
UNIT MANAGERS POSITION
Salary: £15.50-£17.00 per hour, 40 hours per week. £32,240 - £35,360
The Unit Manager will lead the team. You will be in charge of all day-to-day care activity in your designated unit or floor within the home, including maintaining accurate records for each of our residents whilst consistently delivering the very highest care standards
The Unit manager will take responsibility for assessing the physical, mental and social needs of our residents, whilst at the same time building excellent personal relationships with both them and their families
The Unit manager will create and develop strong links with local professional bodies, you will play an important role in raising the care home’s profile within the community
It is likely that, from time to time, you will be expected to provide cover outside of normal hours.

A level one Registered General Nurse (RGN) or RMN

About the home
Our brand new, purpose-built home, will provide residential and nursing care, as well as specialist dementia care. The 78-bedroom home is in a peaceful, relaxing setting in a pleasant, residential area of Whitchurch in Cardiff, surrounded by a beautiful, landscaped garden. The home accommodates residents across two units and will feature luxury bedrooms, sensory gardens and additional onsite facilities such as a cinema room and hair salon.
