Uni of Glasgow looking for flatmate for next year.

Hi!

I am 24 year old student from Sweden going in to my fourth year of politics at the University of Glasgow. Since my flatmate recently graduated, I am now looking for someone that wants to move in with me for the next academic year. I am a calm and easygoing person, as it is my final year of studies, I will be focused on my studies quite a lot. I like to cook, go to the movies and exercise on my spare time. I hope to find someone that wants to make this a home with me for next year.

The flat is located very close to the university as it is at the crossing of Bank Street and Gibson Street, literally opposite the gym. The kitchen and the bathroom are both new and modern. The rent is £375 a month, in total around £415 with all the bills covered. The only downside with the flat is that it is above the Bank Street bar and cafe with noise coming into the flat, but they are kind enough to keep it down when bothered. The lease for the flat is usually 12 months and the renting agency is KPM, I am currently in Stockholm, but will be coming back on the 18th. Please do let me know if you have any questions.
