Two bedroom flat or house wanted in or around Oban. We are two mature students studying at The Scottish Association for Marine Science in
Dunstaffnage. We would ideally like a place from late August. A rural location would be preferred although not essential.

The property should ideally have the following;

- Detached (not essential).
- Garden.
- Bath (not just shower alone).
- Good state of repair inside and out (no damp etc).
- Driveway (not essential).
- No more than £700 p/m (ideally less).

We're both very tidy, organised, trustworthy and reliable people who look after our homes and would do the same with a rented property.
