Our third flatmate is moving back to Sweden and we're looking for someone to take over her room from mid June. This is three bed flat, located in North Fettes in Strada development. We are looking for an easy-going and tidy young professional. The flat is spacious with kitchen and living room all in one, with two balconies. Bathroom is shared between two. The room is partly furnished (wardrobe, be and bed side table). The flat is located on the fourth floor, there’s an elevator in the building and Morrison’s and Edinburgh Leisure gym just across the road.

Rent is £500 fixed price including council tax, all bills and fiber optic internet. The deposit is £400.
