I am a single female, staff at the University of Edinburgh School of Mathematics. I am looking for a one bedroom in Marchmont, Newington, or other areas reasonably close to the King's Buildings or the the Central Campus. I am a clean, quiet, responsible tenant. I don't smoke. Excellent references available.
I am looking to move in at the beginning of October. I will be in Edinburgh on September 7-12 to look at flats.
