Double room available for a short term let in our shared house in St Werburghs. The room is available from 15th August to 1st November 2016, and can be furnished or unfurnished.
You'd be sharing with me, Amy (31), and Huw (30) whilst our housemate Dave is working abroad; we're friendly and sociable people who enjoy cooking and eating together/going to the local for a drink, but also respect each other's space and independence. I'm is an interior designer and Huw is an architect, we like to have friends round for dinner etc. but it's not a party house. We're looking for someone who is clean and tidy, sociable and respectful of others, guy or girl we don't mind!
The rent is £480 per month including all bills, no deposit required.
