A nice room in my flat to rent, short term only between 11th September and 23rd December 2016.
The flat is very central, close to the Scotsh Parliament, Edinburgh University and easy walking to all the shops and Princes Street.
I may be able to be flexible with dates and going into 2016 for short term rentals.
Handy for business comuters or if your doing a course at the university.
Rent includes bills and WIFI, i can also supply bedding and towels.
The house has a nice little kitchen for cooking, central heating, shower.
