Description
A dental practice in Danbury are looking for a Practice Manager to join their friendly team. You will be expected to carry out audits and coaching, as well as making sure targets are met. You will need to display confidence and strong financial awareness as well as being well presented for this role. Basic tasks include coaching, leading and developing a clearly focused, high performing team and frequent reviewing/monitoring of procedures.
Hours
Monday - Friday ( 42.5 h/week)
The ideal candidate must
Have a minimum of 1 year practice manager experienceHave experience within a mixed NHS environment
Specialist areas are an added bonus, however not essential
The candidate must also
Be presentable
Have good communication skills
Be able to work well within a team
Be flexible
The starting date is ASAP, and salary is up to £10.50
