Hi, I'm Matt and I'm looking for somewhere to rent or lodge with a double room in a tidy, clean house. I'm middle aged and I work full time in the week on a professional basis so I'm generally out before 8.00 in the morning and back around 6.30ish. I'm a sociable, quiet, clean and respectful type of person with a good sense of humour and would like the house atmosphere to reflect this sort of nature although I don't mind a bit of noise or clutter. I'm looking to move as soon as possible and have a monthly budget up to about £400.00 pcm and I'm open to all types offers within reason
