Hi I'm looking for a friendly and chilled out flatmate to come and share my living space. I am 33 and I am going back to college to study social care. I have been a nursery nurse for 11 years so I'm easy going and enjoy a good giggle. I enjoy a good night out but also love my pj's.
The flat on the second floor and is a lovely old style traditional Edinburgh with high ceilings. The living room looks out onto a side street off Leith walk which means its not too noisy. The bedroom looks out onto the garden so it is nice and quiet.
All bills include, rent, gas and electric, virgin and tv licence. I will not be paying council tax due to being a student. Single person council tax is around £80 per month which you will be solely responsible for.
The new tenant will need to be credit checked by the agency and also sign the lease for a minimum of 6 months.
One months rent (£420) will be required as a deposit plus the first month paid upfront.
