Looking for cook in busy Rothesay cafe.

The Kettledrum Cafe re-opening under new management requires experienced cook/kitchen staff. Our Café will offer a seasonal menu including a variety of hot dishes, soups, sandwiches, baguettes and wraps. There will also be a selection of light snacks, cakes and freshly baked scones available with soft and hot drinks.
Duties:
1- Prepare, cook and present food quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
2- Keep the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times
3- Complete all appropriate documentation and tasks as required
4- Complete order lists as required.approx 35 hours per week
Our shift patterns are largely daytime hours Weekend work is essential.
