We require a chef/cook to work in our busy, seasonal, family-run Inn just south of Fort William. Responsible for all aspects of a busy kitchen including prep and service, you must be happy to work alone or with assistance where needed. The food is traditional Scottish pub fayre such as homemade burgers, steak and ale pie, venison casserole etc.. Previous experience and good references are essential. Five and a half day week. Good rate of pay. Own live-in accommodation in static caravan with cable tv and free wifi. Start asap and work until end of October. Permanent position may be available for the right applicant.
