The bad bits
Fridge has stopped working £60 on ebay for another.
The truma electric heating works but the blower for the truma vent blown air has died £30 on ebay.
I was intending to fix everything but I can no longer keep the caravan in its current spot to do the work needed.
It has an awning rail leak at the front near side (pictured) which has rotted a foot long section where the floor meets the wall. And a minor awning rail leak in the same area on the off side (pictured) which has affected part of the wall. The caravan is structurally solid enough to travel but will need the front awning rails removing and resealing to stop further damage. The rest of the caravan it 100% water tight.
This caravan must be seen. It is far too good to scrap or break but I cant keep where it is to work on and don’t want to pay to store it so it has to go.
It would suit someone looking for year round accommodation or who has caravan repair experience. We would have it repaired but we do not use it enough to warrant that spend.
I have stayed in the caravan for 6 months in winter in the lakes and found the caravan to be totally dry short of that patch on the near side so its more than suitable to live in.
