House Keepers Required for Purpose Built Care Centre, Bagshot Park & Ascot Rehab - Bagshot, Surrey
Description
We are looking to recruit a House Keeper for our centre in Bagshot. Bagshot Park & Ascot Rehab is a state of the art, purpose built care centre that specialises in rehabilitation following an acquired brain injury, plus other neurological conditions.
You will be responsible for ensuring clean and hygienic maintenance of the home and to keep the highest standards of cleanliness in the service users’ own rooms.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• clean all allocated rooms including furniture, fittings, fabric, carpet and equipment.
• clean sanitary and other equipment.
• report any failure of equipment.
• be aware of health and safety issues and risk assessment for their duties.
• attend staff meetings and training sessions including the Mandatory training sessions.
• deal with the disposal of waste following legally required procedures.
The successful applicant will be subject to an Enhanced DBS (formerly CRB) disclosure and 2 references. You will also be enrolled on the “Simply Health” scheme on successful completion of probation.
Pay: Up to £7.50 per hour + Weekend Enhancements available
Hours: 40 per week
