An experienced member of cocktail bar staff is required to work in our cocktail bar hidden below street level under the Mitre pub in Lancaster Gate.
Old Mary’s is an exciting basement bar concept serving a choice of innovative original cocktail concoctions based on a Victorian theme, barrel aged cocktails and the classics. We also have a strong collection of craft draught and bottled beers from London around the world.
We have jazz and blues bands playing every Sunday evening and on Thursdays during the winter
The bar space itself is divided into three separate rooms, each with its own identity yet retaining the Victorian styling of the building. Under the arches of this basement venue, low level lighting provides a suitably atmospheric environment for our guests and our staff to create an exclusive experience.
