Description
This boat is moored at Whitehaven Marina. The mooring comes with the boat which works out about ?120.00 per month. There are mains electric hook ups which works out about ?3.00 per week. The boat has a double bed. A cooker that has 2 gas rings and a grill. There is a sea toilet. She is a four berth. I have had her out on the sea a few times sailing with a friend which has been amazing. I have taken her out of the water for a week onto the dry dock and done some work on her - fixed the toilet as it had a blockage, people putting toilet paper down - not good - put new stop cocks on and painted her - she was purple inside but I have painted her white for neutrality. I gave her a good clean and put 2 layers anti fowl on her at the start of September 2020. The hull and engine are both sound. The engine is a Yanmar engine works perfectly and starts first time. The sails are in great condition and the boat has been well looked after over the years. I am selling up as I am moving back to Ireland for a while. I have loved being here - there is such a lovely community in the marina and everyone looks after each other. You see the sunrise and the sunset sitting on the boat....there are several beautiful beaches - one which is less than a minute walk. Really beautiful place to have a mooring and right on the doorstep of the Lake District. She can obviously be moved anywhere as she is a great sailing boat and has won many races. Unfortunately I\'m not the best sailor in the world and have mainly been living on her for the last 7 months which has been a delight. Do not hesitate to contact me for further information or a chat!
