The machine has a 38cm (15’’) stride length and 32 levels of electronic computer resistance to let you work as hard as you wish. There are 21 programmes to choose from including time, distance, recovery, calories and many more. You can measure your heart rate via the pulse grip sensors and see this as well as speed, time, distance, calories and more feedback on the clear, backlit LCD display. The non-slip pedals and the arms' action are adjustable to suit each user and there are fixed handlebars to use to focus on the legs and lower body muscles.
