Interacting with existing customers on an inbound basis you will use key skills such as negotiation skills and objection handling, you will explore any issues with the purpose of resolving and retaining the customers services.
You will be representing an international mobile phone service, on behalf of my client, a multi billion pound outsourcing company which currently stands as the second largest in the world!
Salary: £15,912 - £22,000 per annum
My client can offer its employees various routes in terms of progression, individuals progress to team leader/management roles easily within 6-12 months. On the other hand, you can also progress into different industries such as 'HR' & 'Recruitment'.
I am looking for candidates that love customer interaction, who can resolve any customer issues and advise them on the best customer journey regarding their outcome.
