£17,350 - £25,700 depending on experience (includes OTE of £4,200 for Sales roles or £2,500 for Customer Service roles) plus benefits including 50% off car, home and pet insurance, 22 days holiday a year (plus 8 bank holidays or time off in lieu) and free travel & breakdown insurance.
What being a Direct Line for Business Consultant involves
You will be based an in inbound call centre environment in the heart of Bristol City Centre. The office is a lively and friendly place where you will be given the training and support needed to ensure you do your best putting the customer at the heart of everything you do. The job role entails speaking to our business customers and our banking partners customers about a variety of commercial insurance products e.g. Shop owner, Tradesmen and Landlords.
Direct line for Business was founded in 2007 to offer a new and fresh way to purchase business insurance. We’re a fast growing business that lives by our company values. We are currently looking for dynamic, proactive, passionate and business minded team members to work in our inbound call centre as sales or service consultants.
Which role is best for you?
Sales consultant-
£17,350 - £25,700 depending on experience (includes OTE of £4,200)
You don’t necessarily need to have sales background, but you do need to be a driven, hardworking individual. As a sales consultant you will answer inbound calls from our business customers who are looking for a new insurance quote and convert them into policies. You will use your great product knowledge to sell the right product to the right customer and tailor it to the customer’s individual needs.
Service/ Sales Consultant-
Salary of £17,350 - £24,000 depending on experience (Includes OTE of £2,500)
As a service/sales consultant you don’t need to have past experience of working in this environment, all you need is a positive attitude and you need to strive to deliver the best customer service. After the point of sale you will be the person dealing with all our customers needs. You will do this by helping the customers renew their policy, answering any queries and making any relevant changes, also letting our customers know about the other great products we offer.

35 hour working week (variable life style shift patterns)
Shifts between Monday - Friday 08:00 – 20.00, Saturday 09:00 – 17:00 and Sunday 10:00 – 17:00.
