Job Description
Ronde Bicycle Outfitters are looking for part time sales advisor to join a lively business, with what is currently a compact team of people who pride themselves on high standards of customer service and a unique retail experience.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for all things bike and both understands and can deliver superb customer service, so experience in demanding customer facing environments would be an advantage.

Duties will include:
• Shop floor sales.
• Logging on and the processing of stock from ordering through goods-in to the eventual sale.
• Merchanising, and help maintain the general look of and physical
appearance of the store.
• Help organise sales promotions and in-store and external events.
• An ability to carry out light mechanical work.
• Dealing with customer enquiries and general warranties.
Hourly rate:
Competitive hourly rate (Based on experience)
Hours: Part Time (3-4 days)
Skills/Experience Required:
The successful candidate will be passionately engaged in and have a strong track record in sale and preferably retail. You will also be a passionate cyclist - excited about cycling. You don't necessarily have to be a lycra-clad 'pro' cyclist and your cycling style can be that of every day/ recreational ; but you absolutely MUST be a 'pro' sales/ retailer.
We seek people who are outgoing, personable, neat and tidy, thorough and well organised in their approach to work, who understand the importance of sound procedures. Also, someone who is articulate, has a good eye for detail, is personally well organised and is looking for a challenge.
