International Sales Executive / Sales Administrator

The Role of International Sales Executive
The role is very varied and changes through the cycle of the year. Your duties will include:
* Organising the appointments and travelling to Hong Kong for 10 days at a time, twice per year, to help present product at Toy Trade Shows and follow up afterwards with quotes and information.
* Setting up the London mid-year show appointments and follow up.
* Interacting with customers in between shows via email, telephone and Skype
* Managing sample request, quotes, client reports
* General office administration and organisation including filing, invoicing and travel.
The Person
To be considered for this role of International Sales Executive we will consider Candidates who have experience within the following roles:
* An experienced Sales Executive in a similar role
* A Buyer within retail
* An Event Organiser
* A TV/Film Production Assistant/Manager
* PA to a Senior Director wanting more prospects and responsibility
You will also possess the following skills and attributes:
* Be personable, friendly and confident with excellent customer service skills
* Have a good sense of humour
* Excellent organisation skills
* Remain calm under pressure
* A good level of education, preferably a completed degree
* Have excellent computer skills including MS Office programs and Mac OS
* Ideally like toys / games
Rewards
For the role of International Sales Executive there is a salary on offer of GBP24,000 to GBP32,000 per annum depending upon experience, travel expenses when attending trade shows and a success related bonus.
