A double room will be coming available at the start of September. The room comes fully furnished with double bed (great mattress - pocket sprung with memory foam so very comfy!), wardrobe, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers. Also, there's a floored attic providing extra storage. The house is very bright and airy.
There's currently 3 guys in the house (2 professionals and 1 final year student) in their 20's and 30's. All very friendly and hard-working.
The house has been fully furnished throughout to a high standard. Large screen TV on 'floating' stand, designer 'egg' chair, large leather suite, with living room opening up via French doors onto the back garden and an open fireplace for those cold winter nights! The kitchen and utility have all mod cons, including washing machine, dish washer and all usual electrical gadgets. Also has an alarm system, outdoor Brabantia pull-out clothes line and electric clothes line inside. Large bathroom with bath and separate shower. House also benefits from high-speed fibre optic broadband.
The house is only a few years old and has just been recently repainted inside to freshen it up.
N.B. This is not a party-house - it would be best suited to a young professional, or someone doing a post grad. It's not the average bland student house that you so often find around Portstewart, but has been carefully looked after and furnished. Unfortunately I'm unable to accept DHSS or 1st/2nd year students.
