Unfortunately I'm moving out from this lovely house to be closer to my new job so we are looking for someone to take my room.
The room is a medium size furnished double room. It comes with double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, chest of drawers and shelves.
The house is a quiet 5 bedroom terraced house with rear garden. The shared spaces are a modern open plan kitchen with 2 fridges, freezer, microwave and washing machine, a cosy living room with 2 sofas, armchair and tv, an bathroom with shower and a toilet, a beautiful garden with space for a bike if you have one.
The location is minutes walk from bus stops to the centre, Temple Meads and to Bath, Sandy Park road with many shops, Bath road and Sainsbury. It's also very close to Lidl and Brislington shopping area and Avon mead retail park .
There are parking spaces on the road in front of the house on a first come first served basis.
The tenants you would be sharing with are 2 girls and 2 guys, all professionals in their 20s-30s and we're looking for a female to keep the current ratio. The new tenant needs to
be between 21 and 35 years old, clean and tidy and has to be working in full time employment.
The rent is £435 including all bills, internet and communal cleaner. A refundable deposit of £435 is required. No agency fees.
The room is available from the 9th of August and minimum stay is 6 months.
