Hello,
We have a lovely double bedroom available in a shared house in Redfield, £450 per month including bills (council tax, electricity, gas, water and WIFI).
You would be sharing with 3 other professionals. We are looking to share with someone who is also relaxed and considerate. We are looking for a professional who is friendly and considerate and likes a clean and tidy house.
The house is a Victorian terrace. It is cosy, clean and decorated to a high standard. There are some beautiful period features such as the ceiling and fireplaces in the living room and a small one in the room to be rented. There is bare floorboards and quite a few plants in the house.
There is a south facing garden that gets sun throughout the day in the summer, it has lots of flowers and some fruit trees (there is a considerable apple crops).
The double bedroom is furnished and includes: a double bed, a big wardrobe, desk and chair
There is a 6 month minimum agreement and a one month notice from either side after that. You will be asked to pay a deposit of £450. The house is a non-smoker’s house, but people can still smoke in the back garden, but not inside the house.
PLEASE NOTE: there is no place to store a bicycle inside the house. It is possible to lock it outside in the small front court yard bit though.
It takes 20 minutes to walk into town (Cabot Circus) 20 minutes walk to Temple Meads.
The area is also well connected by buses-there is just a 10 min bus ride to the City Centre or Cabot Circus.
