Large room available immediately in Shared House in Eastville

Hi There

We are a group of 3 friendly guys (inc 1 couple) looking for 1/2 additional persons for a house share.
There are 2 good sized rooms available to rent in this large house, we also have 3 bathrooms.
You would be joining a house with a dog, so would need to be very pet friendly.

The house on Fishponds road is close to all amenities, shops, bus routes and reasonably central.
All mod cons included - washer/dryer, High Speed internet, Sky, dishwasher, etc
This rental will only suit a professional person. I'm afraid we are not really looking for couples, anyone with children or any additional pets (our dog is very old).
We have a garden, vegetable patch and tend to be sociable buggers, barbecues etc, so would expect applicants to integrate to the household.

Both are double rooms- one larger than the other
Double room = £425 (Inc all Bills)
Large room = £445 (Inc Bills)

A cleaner comes once a week to clean all communal areas.
