Description

Hi lovely people,

Sadly, I'm looking for someone to replace me in our lovely flat. This room has been my home for over 4 years and I'm only moving out as I'm relocating to Cornwall. It is a bargain for its size, condition and location.

(Please note that there is no living room in the house!)

THE ROOM

It's a spacious double bedroom, fully furnished.

The room is SW facing and gets a lot of natural light. You do get a pretty cool view from the window with Wembley Stadium and some epic sunsets.

It's got a lot of storage space and if that's not enough, there is a big attic in the flat.

THE AREA

The location is great if you like peaceful areas. Although there is no garden in the flat, a great massive park (Gladstone Park) is just a stone throw away. There is also plenty of corner shops within a short walking distance and a lots of take away places. There are a couple of pubs and bars towards Willesden Green. A big Sainsburys, Tesco and Ikea are within 15 mins walk or one tube stop. If you're into fitness, Willesden Sports Centre is within 10-15min walk and it's got everything you can think of and it's only around £40 per month.

The tube is about a 3 minute walk - which is great if you like wearing heels or don't like walking in the rain... or just like living close to a tube. And that's on the Jubilee line which means Night Tube soon! 15 mins to Bond St!

There are also plenty of buses that go directly into the centre, including a couple of night ones.

THE FLAT

The flat is cozy but enough space for 3 people. Will suit an active busy person who is out and about most of the time. As there is no living room- no excuse to spend weekends on a couch in front of the TV (I do it in my bed instead!). Everything is in a good condition. The landlord is awesome and easy to reach. Any problems- they fix it straight away. There's a washing machine/drier, brand new fridge, freezer etc and a spacious attic which has made me into a bit of a hoarder. Hot both/showers and plenty of kitchen utilities. Lots of radiators so really warm on those cold winter days.

The landlord seems to like wall lights- there's a lot of them in the flat. So if you're scared of dark this place is perfect for you.

THE FLATMATES

Two awesome blokes in their mid-twenties. One is Swiss and one British. We respect each other's privacy but also enjoy a chat and a glass of wine and going out once in a while. They are both chilled, tidy and easy going.

OTHER INFO

Monthly rent - £445.

The bills are around £100 a month on top.

It's a contract through an agency so there will be a reference fee of about £150.

The refundable deposit is £480.

Available from 9 July although this could potentially be slightly flexible if needed.

Any questions, just give me a shout.
