Good sized single bedroom in large shared house, right in the middle of seven sisters and tottenham hale.
The rent is £450 a month, not including bills, which are paid equally between tenants. The house is warm and bright and fully furnished, with a large kitchen. There is one full bathroom upstairs, and down stairs there is one toilet and walk in shower.
In the bedroom there is a mattress, small set of drawers, a book shelf, another small set of shelves, a desk and a large fitted wardrobe with storage above.
The other tenants are all female, young proffesionals, most have just finished university. Everyone is friendly and helps keep the house clean and tidy.
We would prefer a female tenant, from the ages of 20-27.
Really great area, just across from the retail park with costa, pizza hut, argos, asda, lidl, b&q, and less than 5 minutes walk from the station.
