Double room up for grabs in Arnold Circus Conservation Area. The Boundary Estate.
The area is pretty self-explanatory. Located in a very popular part of London - has loads of bars, cafes, shops, small galleries in all directions. Great transport links pretty much anywhere.
The flat consists of two bedrooms.
The rooms are just over 3 metres wide and about 3.7 metres long. Its hard to get the whole room in the picture, but it is surprisingly big.
Shared bathroom and a reasonably sized kitchen. No living room.
The kitchen is of reasonable size and at times is used for working on some projects - though not messy.
The flat itself is in good condition and reasonably well kept, though it is not 'modern' but everything functions well - central heating, hot water, washing machine, broadband. The bathroom has a shower and a bath.
The room is furnished with a large desk, sofa, chest of drawers and a bed frame (futon bed and taxidermy are not in the room anymore). There is also a small rail to hang clothes from. It is also possible to place shelving etc if wanted. You're welcome to bring your own mattress - or buy a new one. New ones can be bought online at a reasonable price.
The windows are double glazed and block sound very well.
You would be sharing with a 30 something male. An artist-designer who works freelance and is also focusing on their own practice. An outgoing person who also understands private space.
Interests in the arts, philosophy, music, cinema, travelling, food etc. It would be lovely to share the flat with someone who is up for a cheeky pint at times but also understands privacy and has respect towards others.....
General cleanliness is appreciated. Looking for a flatmate who appreciates being comfortable at home instead of 'sleeping with their shoes on'.
The length of the let is flexible with a months notice. Short terms are welcome.
The price £650 is for the rent plus monthly utility fees are £100. This includes everything; council tax, gas, electricity, wi-fi, water....
A deposit of £750 (inclusive of utility costs) is expected. This will be returned at the end of tenancy.
