Hi
I have a double room going as of July 1st in a beautiful unique location on the Downs in this lovely cottage. You would be sharing with two girls, 34 and 35. I work for the circus and Becky works in Social work.
The downstairs room is a double with a sofa bed and shelves, you are welcome to use the sofa bed or bring your own furniture. There is a shared lounge with open fire, kitchen bathroom and separate toilet, plus HUGE garden and private parking
We are sociable but chilled out girls and are looking for another relaxed and respectful other to join our abode. We are looking ideally for someone who is between 25-40, who works (or a mature student) and is respectful of the house, who is independent but also wants to be part of the house too. We love going out to festivals and parties but prefer the house to be someone to chill and not a party house (although occasionally) and dinner parties are a definite plus.

Rent is £350 and will bills £450 all in.
I can generally do viewings in the evenings after 7.30pm or on Fridays all day.
