A large bright double room ( 3.9 m x 3.7m) available in Notting Hill as my friend has moved to Paris. I am looking for someone who is looking for a home rather than just a roof over their head. It's a modern spacious and warm top floor flat on top of a old mews house and consists of a large living room with TV /sofa/ corner and a dining area, separate eat in kitchen and two large bedrooms plus modern bathroom. The old usual suspects are all there, Wi-Fi, SKY, washing machine, dish washer, a cleaner that comes once a week ( I like the place clean and tidy, but not anal about it ), excluded bills, central heating etc. The room itself has got double bed, desk, 2 wardrobes and plenty of space and storage. The location is great, ( for the ones in the know it's on the stretch of Westbourne Pub, The Cow, and the Oak) ( not the Council estate side !!) close to bars, restaurant, gym, shopping , cinema etc. Great transport via N.H gate ( central, district and circle line) and Westbourne Park Station/ Royal Oak ( Hammersmith & City). Several buses too. To be shared with a Swindian (Swedish Indian) guy who is in the medical field, and I am very easy going, laid back, likes socialising, travelling and anything that is fun. I have my own social circles, but wants someone sociable who doesn't say no to the occasional drink, meal and DVD in the flat and a night out instead of hiding in their room.
