1990 Yamaha FZR600 Genesis Black
Description
1990 Yamaha FZR600 black for sale, bought in March to use as a commuter and Sunday bike, but due to the poor weather I've not gotten round to using it enough which forces sale.
It has an MOT until March 2017 and passed without any advisories, and has a few old MOT certificates included in the file. Mileage on the clocks show 13,020 which may go up if we have nice weather before sale, but more than likely will stay as it is. The bike has never skipped a beat and pulls incredibly well for a 26 year old bike, I've recently changed the oil, oil filter and O ring and she runs even better than before with the only downside being the chain rattles slightly but ought to just need tensioning. The rear tyre was replaced in April 2016 to match the front tyre (Avon AM26 Roadrider) and has done maybe 400 miles since fitting.
Bodywork is almost perfect with a slight scratch on one of the air ducts on the side of the bike, but polishes up lovely and looks just like a fresh paint job. As far as I'm aware the bike is totally standard and as it is the lower powered FZR600 variant, it can be A2 compliant with a restrictor added.
