Available from May - spacious double room to Let in a large well maintained Suffolk farmhouse in the village of Rumburgh (near the market town of Halesworth). Council tax and utility bills are included in the price (except telephone) and wireless broadband is included.
The room is furnished with a pine double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, large full length mirror and table with 2 chairs. There is a TV aerial point. There are two shared bathrooms in the house (one upstairs and one downstairs) and a large shared kitchen/breakfast room, dining room, and utility area. If preferred the new housemate could have their own bathroom (this would be the downstairs bathroom). Prefer to keep living room for my private use when I am staying there. However, I do not spend a great deal of time at the house due to work, etc, so essentially you would only be sharing with one other male housemate the majority of the time.
Would suit someone with own transport due to rural location. Plenty of parking space next to the house. Quiet and peaceful location with farmland views. The room looks out over the rustic lawned garden with pond and fruit trees. The house is situated on the edge of this popular village which has an award winning traditional public house called The Rumburgh Buck (a 10 minute stroll away). It is only a 30 minute drive to the coast and approximately a 40 minute drive to the city of Norwich.
Ideally looking for easy going and reasonably clean and tidy person. Prefer no pets. No smoking in the house. No DSS. Deposit and references will be required.
