Double room on the Pleasance :)

I am moving to a different flat with a friend from university, therefore this city centre room is up for rent!
It's just 5 minutes from the university and there are shops all around, Princes street is 15 minutes walk away, so is the bus/train station! :)

This double bedroom comes with a very comfy double bed, bedside table, desk with chair, 2 big chest of drawers, a wardrobe and some shelves. Perfect for those with a lot of stuff :)
The room gets all the sunshine on afternoons, so it can warm up quite well now :)

There is a kitchen, livingroom, and bathroom with power shower over the bath. Always hot water for a nice shower :)
There are 2 more bedrooms with 2 guys in their 20s, working/studying. It's a quiet flat as everybody has a lot of work to do.

The room is available to both males and females (but no couples)

Rent is £380 which includes everything from council tax, internet to all the bills.
There is deposit and 1st month's rent required before moving in.

Minimum stay of 3-4 months please! (not a flat for festival period)
Move in 30 of June, or 1st of July!!
Viewings are mainly at this weekend!
