Located just 5 minutes walk from Woolwich Arsenal DLR/train station and benefiting from good bus connections, the house has two large bedrooms, modern bathroom with shower, a stylish kitchen, large living room with solid wood floors and a sunny courtyard that is perfect for a BBQ or alfresco breakfast when the sun is out.
Your room comes furnished with a comfortable double bed and copious storage space (double built-in cupboards, and two chest of drawers). It gets lots of light during the day and looks out on a quiet communal courtyard.
The house is shared with one easy-going 38-year old gay professional who works from home. He's looking for a sociable, non-smoking, professional LGBT-friendly female/male housemate to share this home. It doesn't matter where you're from, but you must be able to speak good conversational English. Full-time employed, working normal hours only, please.
Rent is 550 a month, payable in advance every month and with 1 month deposit. An additional 50 covers all bills, which includes council tax, utilities, TV licence and superfast Virgin wifi.
