He's looking for a sociable, non-smoking, professional LGBT-friendly female/male housemate to share this home. It doesn't matter where you're from, but you must be able to speak good conversational English. Full-time employed, working normal hours only, please.
Rent is 550 a month, payable in advance every month and with 1 month deposit. An additional 50 covers all bills, which includes council tax, utilities, TV licence and superfast Virgin wifi.
