Hi,
We are renting a room for two months only!, from Sunday 02/10 to Wednesday 30/11. Will be another person in the flat that is most of the time away working. The flat has a great location at Hillside area, a very quiet residential zone just next to Calton Hill and close to Princes Street.
We are looking for a responsible non-smoker person over 28yo, male or female, the rent is £600 per month all included; council tax, electricity, gas, fast internet, etc. You will get a new double mattress, clean bed linen, clean fresh towels, access to the garden, access to our boxroom where you can keep your stuff, a fully equipped kitchen, wash machine, etc, for couples the rent is £650. Also a £300 deposit and a copy of your passport(s)/national ID card(s) will be asked and we will give it back to you at the end of your two months.
We have a living room, but will be for our personal use only at least until October 12, you will be informed if things change.
If you are interested, please tell us about you; what do you do, where are you from, age, hobbies, etc. We will show the room this Sunday 18 from 1400 to 1700 hours, so please, also state what time would you like to come and we will send you our address :)
