As we approach our busy Summer Season we’re looking to add dedicated and passionate individuals to our already established family of staff.

Citation Bar & Restaurant is housed within the former landmark Sheriff Court building in the heart of Glasgow’s busy Merchant City. Our Restaurant offers a variety of classic & contemporary dishes and the ground floor Bar boasts an impressive array of Cocktails, Draught & Bottled Beers and Ciders, Spirits, Liqueurs, Fine Wines & Champagnes.

We currently have opportunities for both Full & Part Time Staff in the following positions:

• Bar Staff (Previous Experience Required)
• Dispense Bar Staff (Previous Experience Required)
• Glass Collectors
• Bar Backs/Support

Ideal candidates will have previous experience working within the Bar Industry in a similar style venue, be accustomed to working in a high volume/fast paced environment and be driven by exceptional standards of customer service.

You will demonstrate a good understanding of working within Bars, along with the relevant skills required. Previous cocktail experience will be an advantage.
