There is only one tenant in the house of 4 bedrooms, a chef / smoker (outside only)/ 35 / lovely character / loves walking, hills, nature / occupy LOFT sector of the house with his own toilet and bathroom at his loft room. (as he works hours, he is rarely in the house).
for ALL INCL. RENT £100 PW - you get:
all inclusive bills, WI-FI, washing facilities, double bedroom, large living lounge with 42inch TV, DVD etc, lovely sunny patio, keys, room lock able.
FOR SECURITY DEPOSIT £200 you protect the house / rent for two weeks ahead. Deposit is FULLY REFUNDABLE on your agreed date of leave, which is 31st of August 2016.
RENT DURATION IS UNTIL 31st AUGUST 2016, after that it might be renegotiated with Landlord.
Rooms are available NOW, and if there is your partner to be with you, than for a couple there is small extra for bills of £20 PW to add.
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO MOVE IN "NOW", immediately to be considered.
