We are a property managing company and we are looking for Receptionist/Administrator
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator seeking more responsibility and a new challenge in the workplace, you will be joining a highly professional organisation with an excellent reputation.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing the reception area and supporting the Office Manager with the smooth operation of the office
- Fielding incoming telephone calls and dealing with general client enquiries wherever possible
- Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence, emails and reports
The ideal candidate will have:
- A highly organised attitude to work, someone capable of co-ordinating a varied workload and prioritising tasks daily
- Good people skills, someone who enjoys engaging with others and assisting where possible
- Excellent interpersonal skills, someone who can liaise effectively with people of all levels
- High levels of accuracy, with previous experience using Microsoft Office and other commercial systems
