We are looking for a three or four bedroom house or bungalow, for a long-term let.
I have rented my current home for six years but the area is awful and I would like to move.
We both work full time and have two children and two cats.
We take very good care of the house and garden and are happy to paint and keep the house nice, after all we are the ones living in it!
I only need to give a months notice on the current house so can move anytime.
