Very nice and clean double room is available in the refurbished four bedrooms property. The flat is located at Westferry Road, which is only 3 minutes walk to South Quay DLR Station and 6 minutes to Canary Wharf Station (out of the station and turn left, go through the Jubilee Place and cross the bridge). Just few yards walk to the bus stop (135, D7, 277, D3, D8 buses towards Canary Wharf, Stratford and Central London).

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside, desk and chest of drawer. It is very suitable for students and professionals.

The communal space comprises of very clean kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, two fridges, microwave and a separate dining area. There is a clean bathroom and separate toilet.

Price for one person or couple is £155pw for a single person and £165 for a couple.

All bills included in the rent (unlimited wireless broadband, council tax, water, gas and electricity).

We require one month deposit and one month rent in advance.
