Great end of terrace house on a quiet cul de sac close to the town centre.

The windows at the back of the house open onto a deck and lawn which will be nice when the weather plays ball this summer.

The room is fully furnished with a recently bought mattress and bed.

Both Hertford North and East train stations are easily walkable as I used to do regularly when I lived at the house.

Bills are included in the rent and I do not ask any signing/ dodgy agency fees.

I am a live out landlord so you will be sharing with one other lodger. He is a very clean, friendly, respectable guy so someone similar would be ideal!

As for the contract I am fairly flexible, so just a months notice period if you need to leave and a one month rent deposit.
