I am sadly leaving this amazing double room and my 3 lovely flatmates, and I am looking for someone to take my place within the first week of July.
The flat is located right on top of Whiteladies Road (Clifton), literally within 1 minute walking distance to many supermarkets, shops, bus stops, the Downs and about 10 minutes drive from the centre.
The room is very bright, airy and spacious, and it comes furnished.
Double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers. I bought basically everything from IKEA in October. Would like to sell at least the desk, if you need it. I bought it for £60 and would like to sell it for at least half its original price (negotiable).
Large open plan living room & kitchen area, lovely sunny patio, shared living room, 2 shared bathrooms, broadband.
Bills not included - approximatively £70-80 per month.
Available to view from the 10/06 until the 14/06, then I'll be on holiday and be back to Bristol on the 26/06. So another round of viewings can be arranged from the 27/06 until the 30/06.
You will need to pay 1 month rent (£375) + £350 deposit.
