Live-in permanent Gardener/Maintenance man required for a Country House Estate in Kent
An experience mature Gardner / maintenance man is required for a 12 acres Country House estate in Kent – main garden 4.5 acres; 6 acres field for horses; swimming pool; tennis court.
We are looking for a positive; reliable; self motivated person with initiative & strong work ethics.
The job entails roughly 5 & a half days work;
Duties:
- Maintenance & upkeep of the garden; borders; lawn; hedges; trees & field;
- Experience in the use & maintenance of a range of horticultural machinery;
- General maintenance of the house & the grounds which will require basic knowledge of plumbing; electrical; carpentry; roofing; fencing;
- No criminal record;
- Full clean English driving licence;
- Good spoken English;
- No children;
- No smoking;
Accommodation: Detached 2 bed furnished cottage including all white goods will be available including utilities.
Pay: depends upon experience & includes accommodation & utilities.
Start: August- September 2016
