We are searching for a new flatmate to take this huge double room with its own private living room. Price is 550PCM what is roughly 127PW. All bills (water, wifi, electricity, gas) are about 50PCM for student or 75PCM (which would include council tax) for professional.
Great location: Tesco Express and Londis literally next door, 24/7 Gym on the same street, Oval (Norther line) and Stockwell tubes station (northern and Victoria) 8 min walk, bus stop 50 meters with direct bus connections to London Bridge, Liverpool Street Station, Trafalgar Sq and the Strand & King's Cross Station and lots of night buses, too.
Contract starts on 1st September and runs for 12 months. If you need to move in sooner, room will be empty from 25th August so unofficially you can move in sooner from then onwards. Rent is paid one month in advance with 500 pounds as a deposit.
The flat has a kitchen, separate toilet, bathroom, and 4 rooms. Altogether 2 rooms will be empty, feel free to check our ad for second room (click see all ads on right side).
