I'm looking for a flatmate (flatshare) to share a sunny, friendly two bed flat near Brentwood Station in Warley.

Safe, quiet arrea, Brentwood Station 5, High Street 14 minutes walk.

Alailable from 1st November.

I'm a non smoking 36 years old female professional.
I'm out and about a lot, so there will be days when we will hardly see each other.
I like cooking, doing DIY.

The room is UNFURNISHED, but former flatmate happy to sell her furniture. (See photos)

Monthly rent is £450 + bills. (Around £120/month)

Free parking available behind the block.
My ideal flatmate is clean and tidy (like myself).

Double room for single occupancy.
Non-smoker and no pets sorry!
