The Room:

The carpet & furnishings are clean and the walls have recently been painted. The room also comes with bedside lamp and fresh clean curtains.
The House mates:
There are currently three young professionals. A female studying engineering who also works part time for the NHS. Another female who is studying travel and tourism and a male student who is studying culinary arts. Great mix of sociable people.
The Property:
Ground floor has one bedroom to the front of property. Separate hallway downstairs which leads to the lounge. The lounge has an electric fire place, two sofas and large TV, nice comfy carpet and patio doors which lead out to the garden.
As you pass the lounge you enter the large open kitchen.
