Hi there, I'm paddy and I'm looking for a lodger in my gracemount home. My home is suited for someone who wants either good access to the bypass or to the south side of the old town. The 7 and 11 bus both run regularly from outside my home. There are a variety of local amenities just across the street from me including gracemount leisure centre.
I've got 2 bathrooms so you'd have near exclusive use of the larger bathroom downstairs. When it's sunny (lol Scotland) the garden is gorgeous and warm and pretty quiet.
I'm a pretty quiet chilled out guy who spends most his spare time gaming. On alternate weekends my son stays with me. He's the most chilled out 5 year old you could ever meet, and he's a very heavy sleeper!
Price is all inclusive of utilities, broadband, and council tax.
