Double Room in Southville House Share
Description
We are looking for a mature, friendly person or two to join our house share. A vegetarian would be ideal, but not a problem if not. The rent is £333 per person per month or £250 per person if two people join us, with around £70 bills.
The house is on a row of terraces in a quiet road in near the top of Dean Lane; 10 – 15 minutes walk from the centre or North Street. We are offering a medium sized double bedroom with a door leading to the garden. Communal areas are the living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden.
We are a couple in our 30's, who like music, art, film, studying, cooking, etc. We are pretty easy going, but like a tidy house. So someone who doesn't mind scruffy, but likes a little order would be most welcome. Drop us a line about yourself if you are interested. The rooms will be available from the beginning of September.
Agency fees are £200 plus deposit which is a month's rent. The agency will only accept a person on a full time contract earning £12,000. We look forward to hearing from you.
